Create Health Check Template

dialog box

1. Select "Health checks" in the right navigation bar and then click on "Template"

2. Click On the "Create template"

3. Fill in the required fields in the dialog box

   1. "Name" : template name

   2. "Protocol": select the appropriate protocol from the dropdown menu.

   3. Fill in the required fields based on the selected protocol.

4. Click on the "Confirm"
