Add a Geo Record

1. Set the default record (Geo configuration is not supported for default records).

2. Click on "+ Create record"

3. Click on the dropdown menu icon on the right side of the new input box，and select "Setting"

4. Choose the appropriate region in the dialog box.

5. Click on "Confirm"
